# Recurring UGC program

Adapted from the source skill's volume UGC reference, which attributes its operational inspiration to Julia Pintar / Playkit. Source economics, platform-growth assertions and blanket posting quotas are not validated benchmarks.

Use when the brand needs repeatable content production rather than access to a creator's followers. Build a small pilot around tested audience problems, product demonstrations and available evidence. Collect previous failures as well as successes. Compare conversational video, text/B-roll, slides and hook/demo based on the brief; do not prescribe a fixed winning mix.

Have creators actually experience the product before personal testimony. Run a paid trial with a clear brief, feedback and one revision; evaluate delivery, responsiveness, production quality and time as well as content. Budget creator pay, product access, rights, management, revisions and reporting. Scale only when an owner can review the volume.

Use transparent brand-affiliated identities and appropriate disclosures. Do not recommend stealth accounts, coordinated fake comments, fabricated customer experience or account-warming quotas intended to manufacture engagement. Check applicable current platform rules before launch.

Track concept, creator, format, submission, revision, approval and outcomes. Change one major variable where possible. Use relevant product questions, qualified traffic and conversion/retention evidence alongside reach. A single viral post is not a repeatable channel. Set cadence and review duration to resources and sample size rather than promising a fixed number of posts or downloads.
