# Conversation Views

## Complementary camera views

The main host establishes person, place and capture language: half-body podcast view, seated
toward one side, angled toward the partner outside the frame edge, microphone entering from
that side, a table prop for scale. The co-host is generated from that image as the reverse
relationship: seated toward the other side, looking back, same distance and scale, the
microphone from the other edge, different background objects from the other part of the
room rather than a mirrored copy.

A split-screen opening image places one host in the upper panel and the other in the lower
panel (vertical) or side by side (16:9), each from their own view, looking toward each other
across the divider. A five-second split take with only one speaker moving works as the hook.

## Holding a product

Generate a holding view per host from that host's own image plus the product image: same
framing and seat, the product in the hand nearest the partner, label readable, the other hand
at rest. The handoff happens on a cut: the giver offers toward the frame edge, the receiver's
view starts with the product already in hand, and the giver's next return view shows empty
hands. Say this explicitly in the take prompt.

## Directing the exchange

- Only the current speaker speaks; the listener glances, adjusts posture, nods or reacts once.
- Give each line one physical beat: present, indicate, shrug, offer, receive.
- Keep banter brisk; falling intonation on the punchline; no finger counting or exaggerated
reactions unless the format is comedic.
- The product does not move between takes unless a handoff is scripted.

## Coverage

Lifestyle stills branch from the main host: new outfit, new place, ordinary phone-selfie
composition, playful expression. A silent montage of those stills covers the passage where the
host lists habits; the partner's next line starts under the last picture (J-cut) so the reply
feels immediate.

## Caption colours

Give the main host white and the guest a warm accent, or follow the reference's convention.
Colour follows the `ROLE:` in the script; the karaoke highlight stays the same for both.
