- [x] Public listing copy.
- [x] Five starter prompts.
- [x] Exactly five positive and three negative reviewer cases.
- [x] Privacy policy, terms, support instructions, and MIT license.
- [x] Explicit evidence-integrity and external-action safeguards.
- [x] Source code for the macOS companion app.
- [x] Local plugin tests and validator.

## Requires Publisher Account or Public Infrastructure

- [x] Create the public `mrizaarseven98/career-command-center` GitHub repository.
- [x] Publish the prepared plugin source and policy pages to that repository.
- [x] Confirm the website, support, privacy, and terms URLs return publicly without authentication.
- [ ] Confirm the OpenAI Platform organization has Apps Management write access.
- [ ] Complete individual or business identity verification in the same organization.
- [ ] Create a Skills only draft at https://platform.openai.com/plugins.
- [ ] Upload the final skills ZIP.
- [ ] Enter listing, starter prompts, reviewer cases, availability, and release notes.
- [ ] Review and accept policy attestations as the verified publisher.
- [ ] Submit for OpenAI review.
- [ ] Publish from the portal after approval.
