# Terms of use

Shopify App Builder is provided under the MIT License on an “as is” basis, without warranties or guarantees of fitness, correctness, merchant outcomes, App Store approval, advertising performance, or compatibility with future Shopify or agent-platform releases.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated code and commands, protecting credentials, complying with Shopify and third-party terms, obtaining authorization before accessing stores or customer data, and confirming consequential actions such as deployments, billing changes, advertising spend, and publication.

This community project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify. Shopify and related marks belong to Shopify Inc.
