# Support

LinkedIn Animated Infographics is maintained as an open-source project.

## Where to ask for help

Use GitHub Issues for reproducible bugs, installation problems, compatibility regressions, validation failures, and documentation gaps:

For a useful report, include the host you are using (ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, or another compatible agent), the plugin version, the command or workflow that failed, the relevant error output, and a minimal reproduction when possible. Remove credentials, private URLs, client data, and other sensitive material before posting publicly.

## Community demo submissions

Community demo pull requests are reviewed manually. A generated pull request is not accepted automatically. Maintainers may request changes when attribution, rights confirmation, export safety, metadata, or gallery validation is incomplete.

## Security and privacy reports

Do not post live credentials or confidential exploit material in a public issue. Follow `SECURITY.md` for security reporting instructions when the report should not be public.

Privacy behavior is documented in `PRIVACY.md` and community publishing rules are documented in `docs/community-demos.md`.

## Scope

Support covers the repository and its documented workflows. Availability or account-specific behavior of ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, GitHub, third-party MCP servers, and other external services is controlled by those providers.
