# Terms of Use

By using Screenshot Action Inbox, you agree to these terms.

## Purpose

The plugin provides organizational assistance for screenshots. It creates reviewable drafts and does not verify that a screenshot is authentic, complete, current, or proof that an underlying transaction or event occurred.

## User responsibility

Use the plugin only with screenshots you are authorized to process. Review all extracted actions, dates, amounts, calendar drafts, and archive suggestions before relying on or acting on them. Do not provide secrets or unnecessary third-party personal data.

## No external actions

The plugin does not send messages, create calendar events, make purchases or payments, delete files, or move screenshots. Any later action is separate and remains the user's responsibility.

## No professional advice

Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, education-admissions, insurance, credit, or other professional advice. The plugin must not be used to make high-impact decisions about a person.

## Availability and warranty

The plugin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation to the extent permitted by law. Automated image understanding can be wrong; ambiguous fields are expected to require human review.

## Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the plugin or reliance on its drafts.

## Host terms

Use is also subject to the terms and policies of the ChatGPT or Codex product and any workspace through which the plugin is accessed.

Material changes will be published in this repository. Questions may be submitted at <https://github.com/battle-doll/screenshot-action-inbox/issues> without including personal screenshot data.
