The Google Assistant — and by extension the Pixel — could be positioned as a partner in life's real questions, not just its trivial ones. ## Mechanic Film showing people asking Google Assistant genuinely difficult, personal, and emotionally loaded questions — not just weather queries but questions about parenthood, loss, fear, connection. The phone as companion in real life. ## Why it worked Long-form drama (P16): emotional resonance requires time — each question and its implications take time to land. The positioning of a technology product around human vulnerability rather than technical capability is rare enough to create differentiation. "Ask more" as invitation rather than instruction. ## Steal Technology brands that position around human need rather than technical specification find more emotional territory. The question is more interesting than the answer — build campaigns around what your audience is genuinely afraid to ask. ## Related - Pattern: [[../MOC-pattern.md#p16]] - Sibling: [[apple-1984-1984.md|1984]] - Sibling: [[apple-think-different-1997.md|Think Different]] --- *Author: Serge Shima ([t.me/aimastersme](https://t.me/aimastersme) · [sergeshima.com](https://sergeshima.com) · [aimasters.me](https://aimasters.me)) · License: CC BY 4.0 — attribution required · Source: [smixs/creative-director-skill](https://github.com/smixs/creative-director-skill)*
