# Privacy Policy

AI-Psychiatry is a skills-only plugin. The plugin does not operate a hosted service, include an MCP server, create an analytics channel, set cookies, or independently collect, transmit, sell, or retain personal information. Its Markdown skills and local policy files are read by the host coding agent and may guide that agent while it works with files, commands, and context the user has already authorized.

Use of Claude Code, Codex, GitHub, or another host remains subject to that provider's privacy policy and settings. Repository content and prompts may therefore be processed by the selected host even though AI-Psychiatry itself has no data backend. Users should avoid placing secrets or unnecessary personal data in prompts, logs, durable memory, or repositories.

The plugin's memory rules require source validation, confidence classification, freshness checks, and removal of obsolete or speculative durable facts. Users retain control of local files and may inspect, modify, or remove the plugin at any time.
