# Terms of Use

AI-Psychiatry is an open-source developer tool distributed under the repository's MIT License. It provides workflow instructions and observable-state checks for AI coding agents. The product name and references to ADHD, OCD, hallucination, executive function, perseveration, or similar concepts are behavioral analogies for software-agent failure modes. They are not medical diagnoses, treatment, clinical advice, or claims that an AI system is conscious or has a psychiatric condition.

The plugin is provided "as is," without warranties of correctness, fitness, availability, or non-infringement. Its controls can reduce common workflow failures but cannot guarantee accurate code, safe operations, successful publication, or compliance with every repository or organization policy. Users remain responsible for reviewing proposed changes, protecting credentials and data, running appropriate tests, and approving consequential actions.

Platform, repository, organization, and applicable legal requirements take precedence over AI-Psychiatry guidance. By installing or using the plugin, you accept these terms and the MIT License. If you do not accept them, do not use the plugin.
