# Submission readiness

Technical package target: public skills-only ChatGPT/Codex submission.

Public Plugin Directory package status: READY FOR RESUBMISSION after the checks
recorded in `BUILD-REPORT.json` pass on the final archive.

The submission account must still use the verified developer identity shown in the
portal. If the portal requests support, privacy, or terms URLs for this skills-only
release, supply real public URLs owned by the publisher; do not invent them in the
package.

A passing local validator or install does not mean OpenAI has approved the plugin.

Official OpenAI plugin and skill documentation was re-checked on 2026-08-22 during this build.
