# Appendix C: Activity-to-Hazard Mapping Library ## Purpose This appendix provides examples of common activities and their associated hazards. It is intended to support systematic hazard identification by prompting consideration of reasonably foreseeable hazards that may arise during planning, preparation, operation, maintenance, transport, storage, emergency response, decommissioning, and disposal activities. The hazards listed are illustrative and not exhaustive. They should be supplemented by activity-specific considerations, site conditions, equipment characteristics, environmental factors, and the competency of personnel involved. --- # Chemical Activities ##
