Inspect the repository and current workflow first. Separate imported customer signals, repository evidence, and assumptions. Create a portfolio with `forgemind innovation portfolio`; evaluate jobs, alternatives, workflow elimination, AI leverage, moat, monetization, MVP metric, trust boundary, and kill condition. Select a build candidate only after enough evidence; otherwise design the smallest customer experiment.
