# Shiro scoring rubric

Score out of 100. Explain the evidence for each score and do not infer behavior that was not tested.

| Category | Points | What strong looks like |
| --- | ---: | --- |
| Messaging and value proposition | 20 | A visitor understands what it is, who it is for, why it matters, and what to do next. |
| Information hierarchy | 15 | Attention lands on the right information in a clear reading path. |
| Interaction and usability | 15 | Controls are predictable; motion clarifies; platform expectations hold. |
| Visual consistency | 15 | Type, spacing, color, controls, motion, and imagery form one system. |
| Brand originality | 15 | The visual language is recognizable and fits the company beyond its logo. |
| Accessibility and readability | 10 | Text and controls are legible, discoverable, and not dependent on hover or motion. |
| Fit and finish / QA | 10 | Assets, responsive behavior, states, and transitions are reliable and polished. |

### Score bands

- 90–100: clear, cohesive, and ready to ship.
- 75–89: strong foundation; fix the named issues before paid traffic or broad release.
- 60–74: meaningful clarity, usability, or system gaps; rework the highest-priority areas.
- Below 60: core message or interaction is not ready.

Do not let a polished visual surface compensate for an unclear product, misleading interaction, or major accessibility concern.
