# QAMap Terms Of Use

Effective date: August 6, 2026

These terms apply to the QAMap command-line package, agent skill, and plugin metadata published by IvoryCanvas.

## Open-Source License

QAMap is licensed under the [MIT License](LICENSE). The license governs your right to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the software.

## Authorized Use

Run QAMap only against repositories and systems you are authorized to access. You are responsible for reviewing commands, generated files, test drafts, and repository changes before executing, committing, or publishing them.

## QA Evidence, Not A Guarantee

QAMap provides static analysis, inferred QA scenarios, evidence references, and optional automation drafts. It does not guarantee that:

- its inferred change intent or affected behavior is complete
- every defect, regression, security issue, or edge case will be detected
- a selected command or generated test proves the whole product is correct
- a draft is safe to execute without human review

A result marked `not run` is not a passing test. A successful repository command proves only that command's bounded execution result.

## Third-Party Services

Package registries, coding-agent hosts, source-control platforms, CI systems, test runners, and other integrations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. QAMap does not control those services.

## No Warranty

QAMap is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See the MIT License for the complete warranty and liability terms.

## Changes

These terms may be updated with future QAMap releases. Material changes will be recorded in the public repository history.
