Hinge Profile Optimizer is an open-source dating-profile guidance plugin distributed under the MIT License. It provides research-informed suggestions for profile photos, prompts, captions, settings, and presentation.

Hinge Profile Optimizer is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Hinge or Match Group. Hinge and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Suggestions are subjective and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular person or dating market. The plugin does not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, safety, compatibility, or any other outcome. Users remain responsible for the truthfulness of their profiles, their interactions, and their personal safety.

Do not use the plugin to impersonate another person, deceive potential matches, identify people in photographs, infer sensitive traits from appearance, manipulate another person, or evade another person's boundaries. Review all profile changes before publishing them.

Use of Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, or another compatible host remains subject to that host's terms and policies. The plugin is provided without warranties or guarantees, as described in the MIT License.
