# Provenance

Design Partner began in July 2026 as a compact, independently worded adaptation informed by inspection of the installed Command Code v1.3.1 design workflow. In September 2026, installed v1.46.0 was inspected; its changelog attributes the added accessibility discipline and shared finding severity to v1.26.0. Design Partner was updated with its own focused accessibility reference and reporting contract.

The inspected package was marked `UNLICENSED`. This repository does not include the original bundled prompt files or CLI code. The adaptation is not clean-room: source instructions were read during development. Independent wording alone is not a completed provenance or legal review, and no such review is claimed here.

There is no affiliation with or endorsement by Command Code. No compatibility, completeness, or output-quality parity is promised. Command Code is not needed to install or execute this skill.

Any repository license applies only to contributions the contributors have the right to license; it does not grant rights to third-party material. Before incorporating external text, establish its license and attribution requirements. Prefer independently specified, tested behavior over importing another product's prompt text.
