# Design Partner terms

Design Partner is distributed under the [MIT License](LICENSE). That license contains the permissions, copyright-notice requirement, warranty disclaimer, and liability terms for contributions the contributors have the right to license. See [PROVENANCE.md](PROVENANCE.md) for the project's origins and third-party boundaries.

The plugin provides instructions for an AI host. It does not include a paid service, a service-level agreement, or a guarantee of design quality, correctness, accessibility compliance, or acceptance by any marketplace. Review generated changes and verify behavior before relying on them in a project.

Your AI host, browser tools, package registry, and other services have their own terms. You remain responsible for choosing which files and services the host may access and for reviewing actions performed in your environment.
