# Use and data acknowledgements

Original software and documentation are supplied under the [MIT License](LICENSE), including its warranty and liability terms. This notice does not override rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

- Supply only references you own, have permission to use, or may otherwise lawfully use for the requested review. Public visibility alone does not establish a reuse licence.
- Preserve source attribution. A link or credit does not grant rights to copy, redistribute, automate access, or reproduce branding.
- Remove credentials, personal information, confidential work, and other unnecessary data before submitting material to an AI host. Host-provider terms and settings govern that processing; see [Privacy](PRIVACY.md).
- Treat output as suggestions requiring human review. The package does not certify accessibility compliance, legal clearance, originality, or fitness for production.
- This release provides no website scraping, AppLlama library access, private boards, paid metrics, or premium functionality. The native Hermes adapter is disabled at its public entry point. There is no supported enablement flag.
- No permission to use another service is granted by this repository. Future integrations must separately satisfy applicable permissions and service requirements.

AppLlama, Hermes, ChatGPT, Codex, and referenced app names belong to their respective owners. This is an independent project, not an official product or endorsement by those owners. No third-party screen library or third-party skill bundle is included. No plugin purchase is required; your AI host may have its own fees.
