# Privacy Policy / 隐私政策

Creator Publish Package is a skills-only plugin published by JINGLONG GUO. It helps users turn a video script and a base cover image into platform-specific publishing materials for YouTube, Bilibili, and REDnote.

### Data processed

To provide its functions, the plugin may process content that you choose to provide, including:

- video scripts supplied as Markdown files, pasted text, or accessible Notion pages;
- cover images and other visual references;
- your selected platforms, titles, cover text, and publishing preferences; and
- generated publishing copy and cover images.

### How data is used

The provided content is used only to generate the publishing package you request. The plugin does not include a separate publisher-operated server, user account system, analytics service, advertising system, or independent database.

The plugin runs within OpenAI products. Your inputs and generated outputs are processed and retained according to the terms, privacy policy, and data controls that apply to your OpenAI account. If you ask the plugin to read a Notion page or use another connected service, that service may process data under its own terms and privacy policy.

### Sharing

The publisher does not independently sell your data or share it for advertising. Data may be processed by OpenAI and by third-party services that you explicitly connect or request as part of the workflow.

### Images and personal information

Cover images may contain faces, names, screenshots, or other personal information. Only upload content that you have the right to use. The plugin is designed to preserve a supplied creator portrait while editing or generating surrounding visual elements, but AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies.

### Your choices

You control what content you submit. You may avoid connected services by providing the script directly as text or a Markdown file. Account-level retention, deletion, and training controls are managed through the settings and policies of the OpenAI product you use.

### 处理的数据

为完成用户请求，本 Plugin 可能处理用户主动提供的以下内容：

- 通过 Markdown 文件、粘贴文本或可访问的 Notion 页面提供的视频脚本；
- 封面图片及其他视觉参考；
- 用户选择的平台、标题、封面文字和发布偏好；
- 生成的发布文案和封面图片。

### 数据用途

所提供的内容仅用于生成用户请求的发布包。本 Plugin 不包含由发布者单独运营的服务器、用户账户系统、分析服务、广告系统或独立数据库。

本 Plugin 在 OpenAI 产品环境中运行。输入和生成结果的处理及保留遵循适用于用户 OpenAI 账户的条款、隐私政策和数据控制设置。如果用户要求读取 Notion 页面或使用其他已连接服务，相应服务可能按照其自身条款和隐私政策处理数据。

### 数据共享

发布者不会独立出售用户数据，也不会将其用于广告。数据可能由 OpenAI，以及用户明确连接或要求在工作流中使用的第三方服务处理。

### 图片与个人信息

封面图片可能包含人脸、姓名、截图或其他个人信息。请仅上传您有权使用的内容。本 Plugin 会尽量保留用户提供的创作者人像，并编辑或生成周围的视觉元素，但 AI 生成结果可能存在不准确之处。

### 用户选择

用户可以自行决定提交哪些内容。若不希望使用已连接服务，可直接粘贴脚本或上传 Markdown 文件。账户层面的保留、删除和模型训练控制由所使用的 OpenAI 产品设置与政策管理。
