# Terms of Service / 服务条款

These Terms of Service apply to Creator Publish Package, a skills-only plugin published by JINGLONG GUO. By using the plugin, you agree to these terms.

### Purpose

The plugin helps create draft titles, descriptions or posts, tags, and cover images for YouTube, Bilibili, and REDnote. It does not publish content to those platforms, manage platform accounts, or guarantee platform approval or performance.

### Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- having the necessary rights and permissions for scripts, images, names, likenesses, trademarks, and other materials you provide;
- reviewing generated text and images for accuracy, suitability, disclosure requirements, and compliance;
- complying with applicable laws and the rules of each publishing platform; and
- obtaining any required consent before uploading personal information or images of other people.

Do not use the plugin to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.

### AI-generated output

Outputs are generated with AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or similar to material produced for others. You must review and approve all outputs before publishing or relying on them. The plugin does not guarantee views, engagement, revenue, discoverability, or any other result.

### Third-party services

The plugin operates within OpenAI products and may use services that you choose to connect, such as Notion or image-generation capabilities. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and policies. YouTube, Bilibili, REDnote, Notion, and OpenAI are not sponsors of this plugin unless expressly stated by them.

### Availability and changes

The plugin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable. These terms may be updated when the plugin or applicable requirements change; the date above indicates the latest revision.

### Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the plugin or publication of its outputs.

### 用户责任

用户应自行负责：

- 确保对所提供的脚本、图片、姓名、肖像、商标及其他素材拥有必要权利和许可；
- 在发布或使用前检查生成文字和图片的准确性、适用性、披露要求及合规性；
- 遵守适用法律以及各发布平台的规则；

不得使用本 Plugin 制作违法、欺骗、侵权、骚扰或有害内容。

### AI 生成结果

输出由 AI 生成，可能不准确、不完整、不适用，或与为其他用户生成的内容相似。用户必须在发布或依赖这些输出前进行审阅和确认。本 Plugin 不保证播放量、互动、收入、曝光或任何其他结果。

### 第三方服务

本 Plugin 在 OpenAI 产品环境中运行，并可能使用用户主动连接的服务，例如 Notion 或图像生成能力。用户使用这些服务时，也应遵守其各自条款和政策。除非相关平台明确说明，否则 YouTube、哔哩哔哩、小红书、Notion 和 OpenAI 均不是本 Plugin 的赞助方。

### 可用性与变更

本 Plugin 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。功能可能发生变化、暂停或不可用。当 Plugin 或适用要求变化时，本条款可能更新；文首日期为最近修订日期。

### 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，发布者不对因使用本 Plugin 或发布其输出而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或商业损失承担责任。
