You may install and use the distributed Codex Usage plugin and its bundled
scripts for your own authorized workflows. This permission does not grant a
general redistribution or sublicensing license. Other rights remain reserved
unless separately granted.

Access only local records and accounts you are authorized to use. This plugin
does not provide subscription access or change OpenAI's limits, pricing, account
permissions, or service terms. It is an independent utility and is not affiliated
with or endorsed by OpenAI.

Usage results are informational snapshots and can be incomplete or out of date.
They are not a guarantee of future capacity. Reset cards, paid credits, and usage
windows are separate concepts. The plugin does not purchase credits or redeem
cards. Review the [privacy notice](privacy.md) before use.

The publisher provides no paid service or service-level commitment under these
terms. Compatibility and availability are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes
rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may stop using the
plugin at any time by uninstalling it.
