# Usage terms — Smart Model Router

This community software is provided under the MIT license included in this repository, with no warranty. It is not developed, endorsed or supported by OpenAI. Model and Codex names identify compatible services; their owners retain their trademarks.

You need a compatible Codex installation and your own authorized account. OpenAI's applicable service terms and usage limits continue to apply. The router does not bypass quotas or provide free model usage. Model recommendations are heuristic; no accuracy, cost saving or compatibility guarantee is made. Review consequential work and approval requests before relying on results.

Support is community best effort through GitHub Issues. See the privacy notice for local settings and service data processing. The publisher does not operate a paid router service or collect payments through this plugin.
