# Terms of Service — EW AI Flowchart

By installing or using EW AI Flowchart, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the plugin.

## License and ownership

EW AI Flowchart, its schemas, instructions, validation logic, documentation, examples, and visual assets are proprietary works of 具象職人股份有限公司 or its lawful licensors unless a third-party component is explicitly identified. Access does not transfer ownership. Use is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to any applicable purchase, subscription, project, or written license agreement.

Users retain rights in business documents and workflow content they lawfully provide or create. The provider does not acquire ownership of user business data merely because the plugin is used.

## Permitted use

Users may use the plugin within their authorized scope to analyze process material and create, validate, edit, and export EFD engineering data.

## Prohibited use

Users may not unlawfully copy, resell, sublicense, bypass protection measures, misrepresent ownership, use the plugin to infringe rights, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity. Mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

## Engineering and AI limitations

The plugin assists workflow engineering but does not replace legal, financial, safety, security, operational, or corporate approval. Generated content and AI suggestions require review against actual evidence, authority, risk, and acceptance criteria. AI must not be treated as the final accountable party for high-risk decisions.

Users are responsible for backups, source-document rights, factual review, and final organizational approval. A generated file or validation result does not by itself establish that a business process is complete, lawful, approved, or safe to deploy.

## Availability and liability

Service availability may depend on ChatGPT, Codex, OpenAI, the user's device, or other selected services. Liability is allocated under applicable law and any controlling written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

## Governing law

These terms are principally governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Parties should first seek good-faith resolution. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction and protections remain unaffected.
