# Asset quality and verification

## Identity evidence

Strong identifiers:

- Exact professional email or phone number.
- An official brokerage profile matching the stated brokerage and market.
- The realtor's own domain with matching contact information.

Supporting identifiers:

- City, state, team name, title, license information, or consistent links between professional profiles.

Weak evidence:

- Name alone, facial resemblance, filename, image-search caption, or an aggregator that does not show matching contact details.

Assign confidence as follows:

- **High:** At least one strong source matches two identifiers, or two independent professional sources corroborate the person.
- **Medium:** The name, brokerage, and market align, but a unique identifier cannot be confirmed.
- **Low:** The result depends on name or visual resemblance alone, sources conflict, or the brokerage appears outdated.

Only recommend a candidate as the likely correct person at High confidence. Show Medium candidates for human verification. Do not use Low candidates unless the user supplies confirming evidence.

## Headshot quality

Prefer:

- One clearly visible person in a professional portrait.
- An original image at least 600 pixels wide; 800 pixels or more is better.
- Sharp facial detail, usable shoulders or upper torso, and enough space for cropping.
- No text overlay, watermark, badge, frame, or other person.
- A neutral or removable background.

Avoid screenshots and search-result thumbnails when an original image can be opened. Do not upscale a tiny image merely to make its dimensions appear acceptable.

## Logo quality

Prefer the current official brokerage mark in SVG or transparent PNG form. A large, clean JPG is acceptable when no transparent version exists. Confirm the brand spelling and visual mark against the official brokerage site.

Reject watermarked logos, screenshots, favicon-sized images, obsolete affiliations, and marks copied from unrelated third-party marketing.

## Candidate report

Use a compact table for each asset type:

| Choice | Preview/source | Confidence | Match evidence | Quality notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |

Place the recommended candidate first. After the tables, state either:

- **Recommendation:** which headshot and logo should be reviewed for use, or
- **Needs confirmation:** the exact ambiguity the graphics team must resolve.

## Approved downloads

Keep originals separate from edited derivatives. Use descriptive filenames based on the realtor and asset type, for example:

- `jason-dellacroce-headshot-original.jpg`
- `jason-dellacroce-headshot-cutout.png`
- `brokerage-name-logo-original.svg`
- `sources.md`

The source note should record the source page, direct asset URL when available, retrieval date, match evidence, and any visible usage or attribution warning.
