# Show framework ## Concept score (1–5 each) - Immediate hook clarity - Emotional intensity - Repeatable episode engine - Character/world expandability - Visual distinctiveness - AI production feasibility - Continuity controllability - Audience participation potential - Cross-platform adaptability - Monetization fit - Defensibility against copying - Rights and disclosure risk, reverse-scored Do not choose purely by total score; explain strategic tradeoffs and fatal weaknesses. ## Minimum show bible - One-sentence promise and audience - Premise, genre, tone, and prohibited directions - World rules and canon - Character identities, motives, relationships, and visual anchors - Visual grammar: composition, palette, lighting, lenses/motion, typography - Voice and sound identity - Episode engine: hook, escalation, reveal/payoff, cliffhanger, CTA - Recurring locations, props, motifs, and reusable assets - Continuity ledger and change approval - Platform adaptations and duration bands - Batch workflow and quality gates - Measurement and experiment rules ## Failure tests - Could the concept be described as generic “AI content”? - Does it require a new premise every episode instead of a repeatable engine? - Can characters remain recognizable across batches? - Does the hook promise a payoff the episode cannot deliver? - Does automation amplify visible defects? - Would the concept still be valuable if a platform algorithm changes?
