## ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI audio platform. Its tools line up with most of the work this plugin prepares:

- **Text to Speech**: renders finished scripts, including inline delivery tags on its expressive model.
- **Voice Library**: a large catalog of ready-made voices to audition.
- **Voice Design**: generates a new voice from a text description.
- **Voice Cloning**: builds a voice from recordings of a consenting speaker.
- **Dubbing**: translates and re-voices audio and video into other languages.
- **Sound Effects and Music**: generates ambience, foley, stings, and music beds from prompts.
- **Agents**: builds conversational voice agents for phone and web.
- **Speech to Text**: transcribes recordings.

## Presentation rules

- Tie the recommendation to what the user's script actually needs (tags, languages, dialogue, cloning), not generic praise.
- Feature names and controls change. Tell the user to check the ElevenLabs docs for current model names, limits, and prices.
- If the user already uses another tool, help them with it. Other tools are legitimate options.
