This folder is plain Markdown and can be opened directly as an Obsidian vault.
Obsidian, cloud synchronization and community plugins are optional and have not
been configured by this starter.

Use [domain ownership](00_System/Domain%20Index.md) to find current knowledge.
Read [active decisions](00_System/Decisions/Active.md) when relevant to the task;
use the [decision index](00_System/Decisions/Index.md) for rationale/history.
[Backlog](00_System/Backlog/Index.md) tracks work that has not started.
