# Historical submission preparation

The content below describes the earlier submission. For the current 0.3.0 package, use [listing fields](listing-fields.md), [release notes](release-notes.md), and [ChatGPT acceptance](chatgpt-acceptance.md). No prior scan or approval is claimed for 0.3.0.

# Directory submission

## Current release: 0.2.0

Public name: **Soulware by Honorary Human**. Package identifier: `soulware`.

Use [listing fields](listing-fields.md) for the complete public copy, reviewer scenarios, and unresolved publisher details. See [release notes](release-notes.md) for the update summary.

Upload the native Codex bundle, `soulware-0.2.0-codex.zip`, to the existing plugin listing. Its manifest is already in `.codex-plugin/plugin.json` format. A portable variant is also available for other supported installation paths.

On September 23, 2026, the portal showed the prior version, `0.1.0+codex.20260923114238`, as **Approved** with a **Publish** action. It had not been published through that action.

Version **0.2.0** has now been uploaded to the existing plugin as a new draft. The portal imported the revised name, artwork, full description, capabilities, URLs, and three starter prompts. Its subtitle was then saved as **Import and use Soul Kit voices**. The skill scan is visibly **Passed**, and all applicable listing fields are filled. The draft has not been submitted for review, approved, or published.

The submission screen requires acceptance of OpenAI's Terms and App guidelines and attestations concerning compliance and an audience aged 13 or older. Nick has been asked for confirmation of those portal terms and attestations, together with final review submission. They remain unchecked pending his reply. The upload used the portal's existing verified individual identity, **Nicholas Nabil Hamze**. The public developer field has now been saved and visibly confirmed with that name, and both source manifests match it. The public display name remains **Soulware by Honorary Human** and the author brand remains **Honorary Human**.

Public releases use plain semantic versions. This release is `0.2.0`, without timestamp suffixes. Keep the package identifier `soulware` when updating the listing.

The homepage and privacy page returned HTTP 200 with expected content on September 23, 2026. The Website task has since confirmed the [support page](https://honoraryhuman.com/support), [approved terms](https://honoraryhuman.com/terms), and [privacy page with its plugin addendum](https://honoraryhuman.com/privacy) are live and visually verified. Nick approved the terms, including personal and commercial use permission and Nicholas Nabil Hamze as the operator. Both source manifests now include the actual support and terms URLs using `interface.supportURL` and `interface.termsOfServiceURL`. Those URLs are also saved and visibly confirmed in the portal; the existing privacy URL is correct. A public support email or direct contact destination is still pending, while the live help page supplies the completed support URL field. Working copies are retained in `drafts/`, outside the distributed bundle.
