"description": "Rightis is a public registry of identity rights. People and rights holders\nregister their face, voice and persona, and set which AI uses they allow,\nwhich need their approval, and which they refuse.\n\nThis plugin lets ChatGPT check that registry before generating a likeness,\na voice or a persona of a real person. Ask about someone by name or by their\nRights ID and you get back what they allow, what needs approval, and whether\nthey have refused use of their data for AI training.\n\nIt is read-only and needs no account or key. It never returns photos,\nrecordings or contact details. Someone who is not registered is unconfirmed,\nwhich is not the same as cleared for use.",
