# Evidence

Store sanitized, dated evidence linked from a plan or finding. Include the relevant source identity, command or scenario, observed result, evidence class and limitations.

Do not store raw secrets, private user data, signed URLs, complete production logs or copied chat transcripts. Static, unit, local integration, hosted, artifact, production, owner-reported and physical evidence remain separate classes.
