# Post-IPO day-14 index inclusion note — report template Follow this structure. Keep the section order. Where a table or section has no data, write "Not available" rather than dropping it. Add inline citations `[1]`, `[2]` immediately after claims, hyperlinked to the document URL. --- # Report Template — Post-IPO Day 14 NASDAQ-100 Inclusion Note Seven sections. Target 4–7 pages. Analyst prose; tables for data-dense content. No recommendation, price target, or conviction rating. Cite the index methodology — do not assert eligibility rules from memory. ## 1. Executive Summary (~½ page) Inclusion snapshot table: | Field | Value | |---|---| | Issuer / Ticker / Exchange | | | Trading days since listing | | | Current price (vs offer / vs day-1 close) | | | Market cap (float-adjusted) | | | Eligibility read (likely / borderline / unlikely) | | | Est. NASDAQ-100 weight | | | Est. implied passive demand (days of ADV) | | Then 3–4 takeaways: stock status, eligibility read, and the rough size of the index effect. No view. ## 2. Two-Week Trading Status (~1 page) Price vs offer and vs day-1 close, trend, volatility, ADV, current free float. Is the deal working or fading? Table of key levels and volume. ## 3. Eligibility Assessment (~1 page) From Nasdaq's current index methodology (cited): minimum trading period, market-cap threshold, liquidity/float requirements, and the effective/reweight date. Compare market cap to the smallest current NASDAQ-100 constituents. Conclude likely / borderline / unlikely, with the source. ## 4. Passive-Demand Estimate (~1 page) Show the math, label every figure an estimate: | Input | Value | Source/Assumption | |---|---|---| | Float-adjusted index weight | | company float-adj mcap / index float-adj mcap | | AUM tracking NASDAQ-100 | | cite (QQQ + other trackers) | | Implied passive buying (shares) | | weight × AUM / price | | Average daily volume (ADV) | | | | Days-to-cover | | passive buying / ADV | ## 5. The Index Effect (~½–1 page) Historical pattern: run-up into the effective date, possible partial reversal after. Cite 1–2 recent NASDAQ-100 fast-track additions and how they traded around the event. ## 6. Sentiment & Risks (~½ page) Bigdata.com sentiment and positioning. Risks both ways: inclusion not granted/delayed; already priced in; post-event reversal; high float/ADV diluting the effect. ## 7. Watch Points (~½ page) Effective inclusion/rebalance date, rebalance mechanics, 180- and 366-day lock-up expiries, first earnings. Brief bull/bear read into these dates. ## Style rules - Inline citations [1], [2] immediately after claims, hyperlinked to the document URL. - Every number traces to a source or a shown, labeled calculation; "to be confirmed" where missing. - Neutral analyst tone. Banned: "we recommend", "buy ahead of inclusion", "avoid", any conviction rating. - Tables for data, prose for analysis. No section may be a bare bullet list. ## Sources Full list of every source cited inline: source name, title, date, URL. Bigdata.com content branded "Bigdata.com" linked to the URL. --- ## Footer --- **Powered by Bigdata.com** - https://bigdata.com ## Disclaimer This output is for informational and research-assistance purposes only.
