# Proposal and decision

Entirely fictional case: Ciclo Arco is considering a local bicycle pickup and return service for repairs. Customers pay for transport; repairs are billed separately and are outside this project. The decision is whether to test a pilot, not seek financing. Three customers have informally expressed interest without ordering or accepting a price. Their current alternative is taking the bicycle to the workshop. The lesson requests no external market research or customer contact. All people and businesses are invented.
