# Employer statement — fictional document

In this teaching case Riva Servizi states that Marta Bianchi was a private-sector employee from 2025-01-01 to 2025-06-30. The statement is dated 2026-07-20. No payslips, contribution returns or payment receipts are attached. It records what the employer says about the employment; it does not by itself establish which periods INPS credited.
