# Geneva adaptation of the existing function

Set review jurisdiction to CH-GE independently of French output. Read `references/record-contract.md` for `jurisdiction_basis` and `mandate_applicability`. Start with the actual activity/mandate and supervisory context: do not presume every fiduciary engagement falls under the same LBA obligations. Review identity, ownership, changes, unusual facts, explanations and evidence using the same source-bound method. Use the current Swiss framework and relevant self-regulatory rules when applicable. Preserve unresolved applicability. The Italian New Client score calculator is blocked for CH-GE; no Swiss score is invented. A prior review from another jurisdiction cannot be carried forward as the same review.
