# Geneva within the common Vera core When the mandate is governed by Geneva/Swiss rules, use target **CH-GE** independently of output language and source currency. Confirm jurisdiction from the actual entity, mandate and question; French does not mean France, and German does not mean Germany. CH-ZH is a separate target and is not qualified by this example. Consult [the complete Geneva assessment](geneva/assessment.md) and its per-function scope. Route to the existing Vera function ID, then read that component skill's `references/geneva.md` before using any Italy-specific default. Business Planning also reads its shared Geneva reference; no separate Swiss planning function exists. For CH-GE New Client and annual accounts, use their source-bound jurisdiction adapters rather than the Italy-only onboarding calculator or OIC/XBRL rules. These adapters retain the original function, source evidence, explicit mappings, mechanical arithmetic and professional review. Unsupported frameworks or missing authoritative evidence remain visible. The localization method itself is available to developers as `.agents/skills/localize-vera/SKILL.md` in repository source. It inventories the actual catalogue before assessing a target; it does not discover missing local services or plan distribution. Do not infer production qualification from this assessment. Preserve distinctions among configuration, adaptation, synthetic verification, professional acceptance, deployment, Marketplace publication and installed runtime.
