# Voice Asset License

Copyright (c) 2026 battle-doll. All rights reserved except for the limited grant
below.

The WAV files under `assets/audio/` are not licensed under the MIT License.
Permission is granted to use, copy, and redistribute the unmodified WAV files
only as part of an unmodified, free copy of Voice Notify for Codex for personal,
non-commercial notification playback.

These terms apply equally to the Russian and Simplified Chinese WAV files added
in version 0.1.5.

This grant does not permit standalone redistribution, modification, commercial
use, sublicensing under another asset license, voice-model training, speaker
impersonation, or misleading claims of affiliation.

Broader redistribution and commercial permissions are intentionally reserved
until the generation-model licensor confirms those rights in writing.
