# Character-Driven Story / 인물 중심 이야기

- English name: Character-Driven Story
- Korean name: 인물 중심 이야기
- Selection category: narrative
- Use when: Use when a person, founder, customer, worker, or fictional character should carry the meaning.
- Avoid when: Avoid when the subject is impersonal data or policy mechanics.

## Writing Pattern

- Center the narrative on a single character (real or a representative fictional persona).
- Use contrast between before/after, inner conflict, and growth to draw emotional engagement and persuasion.
- Tie the story back to the organization or article theme so a clear message lands at the end.
- Ensure the section flow reads like a movie plot—natural and easy to empathize with.

## Example Writing Outline

1. **A New Teammate Arrives**: Min-jung joined the marketing team with little experience in data-driven campaigns but a strong desire to learn.
2. **The First Project’s Challenge**: She missed the KPI on her first campaign, then began studying data while analyzing what went wrong.
3. **A Turning Point**: Min-jung benchmarked best practices from another team and tried her own A/B testing approach.
4. **Proof of Growth**: Two months later, her campaign achieved a 3× increase in click-through rate.
5. **Our Lesson**: Potential flourishes when failure becomes a chance to grow—culture is crucial.

## Writing Notes

- Keep the narrative anchored to one character; the character can be real or a representative persona.
- Emphasize emotional arc through contrasts, conflict, and growth.
- Don’t just tell a story—end with a message that connects to the organizational or article theme.
- Make the overall flow natural and immersive.
