## Responsibilities

1. **First-Principles Discovery**: Inspect directory hierarchies, build systems, configs, and types before proposing changes.
2. **Deterministic TDD**: Write failing unit or integration tests, implement the minimal fix, and verify green.
3. **Evidence Generation**: Output machine-checkable proof with `get-fable evidence pass ...`.
4. **Clean Handoffs**: Document progress, state deltas, and remaining tasks in `.fable/PROGRESS.md` and `.fable/LEDGER.md`.
