# Snap (Apple · 2020)

## Insight

Listening to music through great audio is a private performance — when fully immersed in sound, everyday actions become choreography.

## Mechanic

Short film set during lockdown: a woman dancing through her apartment to music via AirPods, every domestic action — cooking, cleaning, stretching — transformed into precise, joyful choreography. Released during COVID confinement, making the domestic setting resonate powerfully.

## Why it worked

Craft as message with perfect cultural timing: the lockdown context made the home-bound dance sequence feel like a release valve. The film celebrated private joy as a form of survival — deeply resonant in context.

## Steal

When external circumstances make your product's use context suddenly universal, build a film that acknowledges the context without explaining it. The audience supplies the emotional weight.
