claude-plugins-community repository:

The upstream repository root contains the Apache License 2.0; the upstream
ELI5 plugin manifest separately declares MIT. This project is an independent
implementation distributed under the Apache License 2.0. It changes the
package format and expands the workflow, accessibility requirements,
artifact checks, and documentation for OpenAI Codex.
