# Quality Rubric

Score each dimension from 0 to 2. A draft should normally reach at least 14/18 and must not score 0 on truthfulness or voice fidelity.

1. **Friction**: does the opening contain a real problem rather than generic setup?
2. **Movement**: does each section earn the next question?
3. **Concept timing**: do technical terms appear after the need is understood?
4. **Concreteness**: are there useful scenarios, numbers, constraints, or failure states?
5. **Decision value**: does the post change a question, diagnosis, or decision?
6. **Voice fidelity**: does the language sound like the demonstrated speaker?
7. **Rhythm**: does paragraph and sentence length vary naturally?
8. **Evidence discipline**: are claims, uncertainty, and causal limits stated honestly?
9. **Anti-slop**: are repetitive formulas, generic wisdom, and synthetic transitions controlled?

Hard fail if the draft invents personal experiences, results, sources, or precise numbers not supplied or verified.
