# Entitlements map

> Filled example of `templates/context-map.md`, written for the fictional Nimbus
> product described in `templates/examples/README.md`. Paths here are
> illustrative and do not exist in this repository.

## Scope

- **Covers:** every entitlement constant defined in the codebase, the plan it
  belongs to, where it is defined, and every call site that enforces it.
- **Does not cover:** what the entitlements *mean* commercially, or what happens
  at the boundary - that is `docs/business/quotas.md`. This map holds facts; the
  business doc holds rules.

### Entitlements defined but never enforced

The extractor flags these separately, because a defined-but-unenforced
entitlement is a customer-visible promise nothing keeps.

- Regenerate when: a plan file under `src/plans/` changes, an entitlement
  constant is added or removed, or an enforcement call site moves.
