# Havan Festival Planner privacy notice

Effective: 2026-09-01

Havan Festival Planner is a skills-only plugin. The distributed bundle contains static instructions and public Havan.dev links. It does not include an MCP server, account system, advertising technology, payment flow, or tool that sends conversation data to Havan.dev.

Conversations and enabled ChatGPT capabilities are handled by OpenAI under the terms and privacy settings of the user's OpenAI account or workspace. Havan.dev does not receive those conversations through this plugin.

If a user independently opens a Havan.dev link, the website's ordinary hosting and privacy-safe analytics behavior may apply. The current plugin does not transfer names, email addresses, contacts, calendar data, precise location, health information, payment information, or authentication credentials to Havan.dev.

The plugin may ask the user to provide a city, timezone, tradition, household constraints, or accessibility preferences in the conversation so that ChatGPT can produce a relevant plan. Users should avoid sharing information they do not want included in their ChatGPT conversation.
