# Terms

Orbit Secretary is distributed under the [MIT License](../LICENSE). These notes describe the plugin scope and do not replace that license, your Codex/provider agreement, or rights that apply under law. They have not undergone formal legal review.

The package helps you observe work, discuss direction and ROI, and carry out finite interventions that you explicitly authorize when the host supplies the required tools. It does not provide an unattended executive, a persistent scheduler, a guaranteed outcome, or guaranteed cancellation of already running work when disabled. CEO, architect and secretary are role descriptions; they do not imply a person's professional biography or authority over you.

You choose the target tasks, objective, scope, budget and end condition. Review meaningful decisions and provide appropriate authority for access or changes. An ROI estimate is an assumption-based decision aid, not a promise of financial return or regulated professional advice. Host/model usage, quotas and charges remain subject to your provider arrangements; the package does not measure or invoice them.

Availability depends on the host, its tools, permissions and applicable platform version. Target operating systems are described separately from tested environments in [Platform support](PLATFORM_SUPPORT.md). Data handling is described in [Privacy](PRIVACY.md).

The MIT License provides the software as is and states its warranty and liability terms. No service-level agreement, uptime, response time, dedicated support or marketplace approval is promised for this plugin. [Support](SUPPORT.md)
