# Privacy Policy / 隱私權政策

EW AI Power Digital Twin is published as a Skills-only ChatGPT plugin. The plugin itself does not operate an external server, create a separate account, request an API key, or independently collect, store, sell or share personal data.

Content and attachments supplied in a ChatGPT conversation are processed under OpenAI's applicable privacy terms and user settings. Generated Power Digital Twin JSON files remain under the user's control. The separately authenticated AI Power Digital Twin Web application has its own access and encrypted credential boundaries; using this Skill does not automatically transmit files to that application, an EDC device cloud or an AI provider.

Do not upload customer drawings, passwords, API keys, EDC credentials or other confidential material unless you are authorized and the selected service is appropriate for that data.

EW AI Power Digital Twin 以純 Skill 的 ChatGPT 外掛發布。外掛本身不營運外部伺服器、不建立獨立帳號、不要求 API Key，也不自行收集、儲存、出售或分享個人資料。

使用者在 ChatGPT 對話提供的內容與附件，依 OpenAI 適用的隱私條款及個人設定處理；產生的 Power Digital Twin JSON 由使用者自行管理。另行登入的 AI 電力數位雙生 Web 應用具有自己的存取與加密憑證邊界；使用此 Skill 不會自動把檔案傳送到該應用、EDC 設備雲或其他 AI Provider。

除非已取得授權且所選服務適合該資料，請勿上傳客戶圖紙、密碼、API Key、EDC 憑證或其他機密資料。
