# Terms of Service / 服務條款

EW AI Power Digital Twin helps users translate electrical-system descriptions and supplied project evidence into review-required Power Digital Twin JSON. It does not certify electrical designs, approve `MODEL_READY`, calculate formal power flow in ChatGPT, or control field equipment.

Users are responsible for reviewing source interpretation, missing values, topology and ratings with qualified personnel before using the JSON for engineering work. VeraGrid results are available only through the governed Web application after its validation and human-approval gates. The plugin is provided as-is without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

Use must comply with applicable law, OpenAI policies, ChatGPT terms and the user's authorization to process supplied documents.

EW AI Power Digital Twin 協助使用者把電力系統描述及使用者提供的專案證據轉成待校對的 Power Digital Twin JSON。它不認證電氣設計、不核准 `MODEL_READY`、不在 ChatGPT 內進行正式潮流計算，也不控制現場設備。

使用者必須由具備資格的人員確認來源解讀、缺失值、拓撲與額定參數，才能把 JSON 用於工程工作。VeraGrid 結果只可在受治理的 Web 應用通過驗證與人工核准後產生。在法律允許範圍內，本外掛按現狀提供，不附任何保證。

使用者必須遵守適用法律、OpenAI 政策、ChatGPT 條款，以及處理所提供文件所需的授權。
