# Dispatch schedule — raw fixture

## Task

Review this scheduling workflow for daily dispatchers, including a dispatcher familiar with the domain but new to this product. Preserve current scheduling rules. Discussion only.

## Artifacts

- Task brief: Dispatchers move roughly twenty assignments during a typical scheduling session. They know crew, zone, and shift terminology. Occasional supervisors inspect assignments but rarely edit them.
- Screen transcription: Dense schedule grouped by crew and shift, visible conflict badges, Edit beside each assignment. Selecting Edit opens a four-step wizard even for changing only the start time. The wizard initially shows a required tutorial.
- Product specification: All edits must undergo conflict checks before saving. Bulk editing and shortcuts are not currently specified.
- Runtime, keyboard operation, tutorial-dismissal persistence, and user-research evidence are unavailable.
