# Local Channel Playbook

## Google Business

Use for high-intent, location-specific information: updates, offers, events, service/product highlights, operational changes, and direct actions. Verify the selected location and use the supported Google Business post type and CTA fields. Keep dates and offer terms exact.

Strong inputs include current service availability, new products/menu items, appointment openings, events, seasonal preparation, parking/access information, and meaningful local proof.

## Instagram

Use for visual discovery, atmosphere, process, products, team familiarity, customer proof with permission, and short-form demonstrations. Choose post, carousel, Story, or Reel based on the actual media available; do not label a still image as a Reel.

## Facebook

Use for community context, events, local explanations, offers, updates, and shareable practical information. Prioritize clarity over hashtag volume.

## TikTok and YouTube

Use when the business can sustain useful demonstrations, transformations, expertise, stories, or local entertainment in video. Do not force these channels into a plan without production capacity.

## LinkedIn

Use for locally relevant B2B services, hiring, partnerships, operator expertise, community investment, and professional proof. Avoid consumer-style offers unless the audience and account support them.

## Conversion paths

Select one primary action per post: call, book, order, get directions, visit, request a quote, register, or learn more. Verify the destination and track it when a supported business URL or campaign parameter is available.

## Verification checklist

- Correct location/account
- Correct service area
- Current hours and availability
- Valid price and offer window
- Approved customer/team likeness and review usage
- Working CTA destination
- Applicable disclaimer or eligibility rule
- Media matches the actual location, product, or service
