This edition produces local plans, checks and review artifacts only. # App Intelligence

Use this skill for architecture, changes, reviews, conflicts, and modernization. Translate natural-language intent into an explicit blueprint, simulate impacts through the data model and user roles, and present design alternatives with constraints and tradeoffs. Run compliance, UX, accessibility, merge, and release gates before recommending an implementation.

All recommendations must be explainable: identify source assumptions, affected components, risk, evidence, and the next safe action. Treat generated plans as review artifacts, not implicit authorization for production changes.
