# Solution Dependency & Merge Resolver

For parallel solution changes, compare components, dependencies, and IDs from unpacked exports. Generate the specialist pack and use `dependency-risk.md`. Block deletion, renaming, and hand-merging solution XML until migration, ownership, and rollback are reviewed.
